Name:Status: MemberDescription: I was just wondering since we have a more expanded ability to reach each other, I would ask if anyone else is from Louisiana. It would be fun to find others that understand what we have been dealing with and to talk about our incredible New Orleans and it's history and diversity.

Status: MemberDescription: Your anger is one of our most dynamic and forceful emotions within you. Your emotions have the potential to move you powerfully. Emotions are not all good or bad. Your emotions are simply a part of the human organism and it is what you "DO" with them that decides whether they are labeled positive or negative. Anger has been known to motivate a person. Anger can motivate someone to take action and complete a project, to overcome a deadly disease, to seek a new positive perspective in life, or improving social conditions for millions of people around the world. Anger is not always negative and it all depends on how anger effects you. Anger is something that is learned over time. If something is learned, it can be "unlearned." You can learn new ways of thinking, acting and behaving. The process of Anger Management Therapy requires the following: - Recognizing old patterns of thoughts and behaviors as cognitive distortions. - Learning new ways to think and respond (cognitive restructuring). - Choosing new thoughts and behaviors. - Managing the anger response. Why is coaching important to your success? Coaching will assist you in realizing that you have all the resources and tools. The problem with most people is they keep procrastinating and a coach will assist you in staying focused. A personalized coach can finds ways to sooth you into looking at your situation differently and then motivate you into action. You only procrastinate because it is something you do not want to do. There is a flip side to procrastination and my coaching style has been proven to assist people into discovering that flip side of success. In coaching, you will be given a deadline to complete each project
