Have you seen the latest photo gallery, Top 12 TV and Movie Angels?
Ellen Leventry, an Idol Chatter contributor who worked on the text for the gallery, wrote whip-smart and witty analyzations of angels on the TV screen and on the silver screen in the last 15 years.
Head on over to the Angels page to see the gallery--I hope you will enjoying clicking through it as much as I enjoyed working with Ellen on the feature.

A year ago, Beliefnet underwent a complete website redesign, bringing you four new rotating features every day, new and exciting blogs, and more photos to feast your eyes on.
Today, Beliefnet "re-launched" our homepage so that it's now fresher than ever and bringing you even more features: a prominent ticker that displays news and other timely articles, listed updates of blog posts, a video of the day box, a photos of the day box, and an entire section focusing on our new community section (featured member quotes, member journals, groups).
To find out more about what's new, please click here to read a personal letter from Steven Waldman, Beliefnet's Editor-in-Chief and CEO.
While you're still clicking our our homepage, I hope you will also view this month's inspiring pets gallery.
I hope you will enjoy our new website.

At Beliefnet, I'm also the part-time pets editor.
You may noticed unique monthly pets gallery making their way into Angel newsletters--now you know why!
Joking aside, pets--your heavenly hounds, celestial cats, benevolent bunnies, etc., as I like to call them--are often your closest earthly angels. As Beliefnet readers have shared, their pets have saved them countless times and provided comfort when most needed.
I hope you will look at this month's pets gallery here and read more inspiring stories, particularly the one from Cassi H. who named all five of her dogs after 'Touched by an Angel' characters.
And, remember to vote for the pet who inspired you the most this month!

Even though ghosts aren't exactly warm and fuzzy, they are spirits and spirit guides of all shapes and sizes are a topic we cover in the Angels category.
Yesterday, a local supermarket near me was having a sale on Halloween candy for trick-or-treaters. Buying two bags (Twix and Snickers), I realized I needed to treat you all to a more Halloween-centric Angels page!
So glide over to the Angels page and read the stories--just don't read them in the dark!
