About Me: Hello Everyone, I just want to give you a little bit of a background of myself. I'm 47 yrs. young. I have two children (my son's name is Michael and he's 27; and my daughter's name is Jamie and she is 25). And I have two grandchildren (my daughter's son's name is Ethan and he will be 4; and my son's son's name is Joseph and he turned 3). Both my husband and I raised Joseph from two weeks old till one week before his 3rd birthday due to the mother shaking him at two weeks. The probate court gave Joe back to his mom on Sept. 5 of this year. So now we are going to family court to try to get him back because the mother of Joe is in an abusive relationship, and that's nowhere for Joe to be.

I have two grandchildren who were removed by DCS and are now in foster homes....hopefully my two sons will fight for their custody...What state do you live in? I live in Elkhart, Indiana...and the DCS here do not care about the "best interest of the child" they just care about the money the foster parents are making....it sickens me because they say I HAVE NO RIGHTS AS A GRANDPARENT......then I say they have no HEART...and possibly cannot be a parent themselves....cause as a parent u hurt when your child hurts....but as a grandparent that hurt is twicefold....Dylan---remember Grandma LOVES U & MISSES YOU..I MISS GIVING U THOSE PIGGY BACK RIDES.....BARBARA...I LOVE U & MISS U....U WERE TAKEN TOO SOON FROM OUR LIVES
