I am a 42y/o female, mother of 3 special needs children. I am currently picking myself up after a 20yr domestic violent life. I am Bipolar, and am on disability. I believe that God is the only way I can keep going.

Hi Anniangel, There is hope around the corner. I survived an abusive relationship, not as long as you but a horrible time feeling trapped for 6 years and finally shut the door on that part of my life and went on to raise my 4 children and meet someone who is now my life mate. Remeber to try to rise from this tragedy and go on with the spirit of your faith. My grandaughter has autism and is 17 years old and able to work in Walmart. Try and believe that you can do anything and rise above to move on to a better life. You have taken a big step and rid yourself of someone who was using you to take out their own shortcomings.
