Hi everyone. I have been with my mom since the first week in January. She had a mild seizure in Dec. just before Christmas. In the state she lives in, the law states that anyone who has a seizure can't drive for six months. My mom is very healthy and even the doctors don't know why she had the seizure. But they said that even very healthy people can have one for no unknow reason. But she's on anti-seizure medicine which she will have to take for the rest of her life. She will be 80 in July. But I was the only one able to come and drive her around until she can start driving again. But it has given us a chance to become friends as well as being mother and daughter. I've always been close to my mom. It's hard for my husband and I to be apart but we're only 4 hours away from each other so go back and forth.
