About Me: I hope the following gives some idea of who I am and what my interests are.
I am always happy to meet and get to know new people, so please do say hi and likewise introduce yourself.

I have an abiding interest in Eastern spiritual traditions and teachings and whilst my own practice is centered on Budhhist Dhamma, I also have a growing interest in Advaita Vedanta. Taoism also has much to teach of value.

At core, I am continually finding new aspects of character, ego and attachment. As I slowly grow in my understanding of myself and of the greater flow of existence of which I am part, I am able to relinquish those energies that hamper my onward journey.

I am currently undergoing quite a rapid acceleration of this process of change and growth and so have now ceased my previous business activities. It feels a right time for me to enter a new, frugal period and so am happy to continue to build my window cleaning round enough to sustain me whilst devoting more time to some campaign issues such as green economics and anti-slavery in all it's forms.
I am also hopeful of soon securing an allotment to return to the growing of my vegetables.

I also enjoy history and self-development and take a keen interest in current affairs. Philosophy will also keep me engrossed in a good book.
I love to cook, am beginning a practice of yoga and have been enjoying meditation for some years.
