Hello i think i will reword my last comment and say this im looking for new ways to quope with issues in my life not to quope with my life i like my life just not some of the stuff thats in it like how i handel things from the past that happen to me and forgiving people i do know this i dont have to let them back in my life because i forgive them fianly learned that!!!!!!!!!!!! thats all for know :)

Hi, I'm new to the group and having a rough day. I'm dealing with the hurt of ending a year-long relationship. I know, since this is the umpteenth time, that things will get better/easier as time passes but today, I'm hurting. I know I made the right decision for me, and maybe both of us, since he's already in a relationship, but I love him still...I'm asking for your prayers, and send mine out to the group.

Hello...I am new to day and on my first day without alcohol. I have been very sad and depressed for 7 years since my husband and I left our grown children and moved to Florida to get a new start...I wish God had stopped it, but He does give us freedom top choose. I was sober 10 years and have been in and out since I have been here. I love the Lord and i pray this will be the first day of a new life that is healthy Physically, Spiritually, emotionally and mentally...I thank you in advance for accepting me as I am. My self image is very low right now and I am trying not to be in fear but have faith that God will be my strength...God Bless!
