September 11th was a particularly interesting date to be online. I recieved messages via Im to get out of New York from friends around the globe who were worried for my saftey,Messages of sorrow and condolence from Muslim friends around the Globe as information became available. There were calls to action both to defend our country and defend helpless Muslim citizens of our country.

After composing myself from the Grief I felt, my first actions after watching the second plane hit with my charges was to discuss Islam and calm both sides (Muslim & Others). I then contacted my Children and advised them to allow their friends with parents in the City to join them at home while we waited.

I am a controversial person by some standards but get to know me and you will find I am Steadfast, Reasonable ,Knowledgable and Caring. I am Christian by upbringing and by faith.
