See here for an important message regarding the community which has become a read-only site as of October 31.
I am hoping to meet other Pagans and Asatru believers.
I like to take part in online chats and get to meet new friends.
I will add to this as time goes on right now this is all I can think of.
I look forward to making new friends and meeting lots of people.
Iwas just reading http://www.religionfacts.com/a-z-religion-index/asatru.htm; I learned a few things of interest. Although I still believe in one God. I am of Scandinavian descent, and I believe in stuff that is talked about on the site you asked me to read. I am glad I read it. I have so many beliefs close to yours, I believe in reincarnation too, maybe in a past life I was Astru, also. It was funny , when I read the name Aesir, I felt love tug at my heart. To my knowledge I haven't heard that name in this lifetime. It is something to think a bought. My father is Swedish/Norwegian. And the name Kreutzer is German/Austrian.
I read this on a bumper sticker, it sounds about right so I am passing it on.....
Someday everything will all make since. So for now, laugh at the confusion, smile through the tears and keep reminding yourself that everything happens for a reason.
by the way, I love ya!
The Lord' s day is just a short while away. When I was younger it meant a time to share with family and friends; not just to give gifts and receive them, but to spread the love of God, and Christ to others, too. This year, I already gave my son and my best friend their gifts. I never know what pain will be visiting me each day, so I have learned to do things on the days my pain level is at its lowest. I will buy some turkey TV dinners, just in case I do not feel like cooking Christmas dinner. If I am in too much pain, I will tell Jesus happy birthday; then take my medicine and sleep the rest of the day away. I am praying for a glorious pain free (physically and mentally) Christmas, for us all. Have a Merry Christmas!
