Hi, this is my first blog!  Ever!  I have bipolar and blepharospasm.  It's a struggle dealing with both.  I'm still working full time.  I have the lesser of the bipolars, and the blepharospasm does not make me legally blind.  I'm almost done reading Therese Borchard's book, Beyond Blue.  It's an awesome book.  Have a good night!
