I went Salsa Dancing last night and had the BEST time.

I go out alone to places I have never been to before, or the movies, or an art gallery event.

I know that is deemed "awkward" by alot of people. But the way I see it is, I don't want to miss out on a good experience simply because I don't have someone to accompany me.

Last night was a great example. I went by myself and just as I walked in the door I bumped into another girl that had done the very same thing!  We wound up sitting and talking and laughing.

It was a great time! Not to mention being able to dance with some very "Caliente" Guys.

I LOVE to Dance! I especially like Salsa/Latin dance music because it's SO upbeat, fun, playful, sexy and energetic. A very nice Guy showed me the steps and I had a great time laughing, twirling and spinning around the dance floor with him.

I always have these positive interactions and great times when I allow myself to get out and try new things. I spent some time of the evening having a great conversation with another Guy I met there as well..

I LOVE times like this.. I knew the dancing would be fun but I am always so pleasantly surprised how ppl are so open, friendly and fun.

I am going to make more of an effort to really learn the steps and moves so I can enjoy the whole Salsa experience.

I like that Latin Men like to dress up and look Good when they go out. It doesn't matter if they are in jeans or chinos, or dress pants they always, always look Handsome.

It was a fun night and I met some really cool people.

What a better way to spend the 4th of July?!

I see a headline about a woman that died in a Hospital while waiting to be seen.

The Media has posted a picture of her dead body and possibly a video feed showing

her last moments of life before she passed away. (out of respect, I didn't view it)

WTF?!?! This is the most despicable and inhumane lowly Sh*T the media has pulled yet..

I am SO Disgusted that a person's death has been used for some sort of medieval public entertainment.

IS NOTHING SACRED ANYMORE??!!

What happened to this woman is deplorable. How can they rob her of her dignity? Her privacy?

They DID NOT have to post a picture. They DID NOT have to post a video feed.

If they wanted to report a story about the horrific lack of treatment she received, SURELY there was a more honorable way to bring this injustice to the public.

I am so saddened that this woman will be known like this. NO mention of who she was, her struggles, her successes, her story. Would anyone of US want to be remembered like this?!

Would we want our family and our friends to see US like this?

I am SO sickened that ppl just talk about the dead as some juicy gossip, or some sliver of "Did You hear about?" like it's a chat about a meal you had yesterday..

IS there NO respect for the dead? for the living?

When I was talking with someone the other day I said "Oh, I am sorry to hear about (a person's passing).

The person replied " WELL, it's not MY family!"

WTF??

I heard myself say "REGARDLESS" in a very terse and loud tone.

The person responded "Well, Whatever."

Indifference really CREEPS the F out of me... seriously...

In another story, A scumbag convicted sex offender/rapist is going to be executed in Florida soon for raping and killing a child. BUT! they had to have a discussion or hearing about how "HUMANE" the execution should be?!?! This wasn't his first offense! He was LET OUT of Jail EARLY on a previous sex offense conviction!

I looked at the picture of the beautiful little boy he killed. I just fell apart. It made me cry so much to see his innocent, sweet smiling face. It made me physically ill just to imagine what he endured.

WHY? WHY? WHY? LOOK at his Sweet face.

That could be ANYONE'S KID. 

Yet another National story about a demonic rapist that destroyed a child physically by raping her -she lived. And guess what?! OUR court system says this piece of filth cannot get the death penalty because THAT would be considered cruel and unusual punishment??!?!?!

WWHHHHAAAAAAAAAATTTTTTTTTTT?!

The child was raped so badly they had to operate to treat her injuries..

What about HER?! What about her destroyed soul? What about her trust? What about her quality of LIFE?

What are we saying about LIFE? Especially to an innocent child that depends on US as a Society to protect them??

How does a child feel when after something as horrific as that happens, their attacker gets 30-60 years of their life,ALIVE, in jail with three square meals, a roof over their head, hey! maybe if You apply yourself (since of course You have nothing but TIME) You can get a college degree -- ON US!

What are we telling the CHILDREN?!

As a Society we are failing the CHILDREN, because we are too "morally" scared to inflict severe/capital punishment where it's due.

I am SO ANGRY.

Why are CHILDREN suffering so in this country? in the world? ANYWHERE????

Why are they (the victims) being treated like some used candy wrapper that fell to the floor?!

I’m not saying to get paranoid, I know it’s kind of morbid to know these kind of people are among us. It's an ugly fact of life that there are evil, sick people out there doing horrible things, NOT just once or twice but over and over.. story after story tells of these animals committing same horrible acts after release.

There will NEVER be a punishment severe enough to justify a person's or child's death.But we can take the steps toward protecting our children, our communities, and our country.

The comforting thing is all the criminals that have been found, locked up and prevented from causing harm or danger were found by People..

EVERYDAY PEOPLE that sign on to the web, watched the show, and take the time to LOOK, LEARN and become AWARE.

Something they saw, or noticed led to the capture of a criminal that should not be in mainstream society. It's AMAZING the GOOD we can do if we just get involved..
